Early career researchers (see §4.2 and 4.3 of [https:\/\/www.iavceivolcano.org\/content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/iavcei_statutes-by-laws-2024_english.pdf<\/a>]) and senior researchers from low- and middle-income countries<\/a> can apply for travel support and\/or free registration at the IAVCEI 2025 General Assembly.
Membership to IAVCEI is required to apply for travel grants. On a case-to-case basis, the executive committee of IAVCEI will consider waving the IAVCEI membership fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required submission elements:
– A CV
– A letter of motivation (1 page max)
– A letter of support from a supervisor (1 page max)
– The abstract to be submitted at the IAVCEI meeting (if the travel grant is accepted, the abstract will automatically be accepted without submission fees.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
